Contact support
Email [email protected]. If your organisation has an internal Socena administrator, contacting them first is often the fastest way to restore access or confirm workspace permissions.
For a suspected account compromise or unintended disclosure, include Security in the subject line. Do not include credentials, MFA codes, recovery secrets, or sensitive attachments.
What to include
- Your organisation or workspace name.
- The email address associated with your account.
- The feature and approximate time of the problem.
- The visible error message, with sensitive information removed.
- Your app version, device model, and operating-system version when the issue is mobile-specific.
Account and privacy requests
Organisation administrators provision and deactivate Socena accounts. Ask your administrator about role or workspace changes. For access, correction, export, deletion, or another privacy request, email [email protected] and identify the organisation that manages your account. We may need to verify your identity and authority.
Mobile document workflows
If an upload is interrupted, keep the app installed and use the upload queue's retry controls. Do not delete the queued item or remove the app until support confirms that its protected local payload has been reconciled. Features and destinations depend on the modules enabled for your workspace.
Responsible disclosure
Please report a suspected vulnerability privately to [email protected] with enough non-sensitive detail for us to reproduce it. Do not access another person's data, disrupt the service, or publicly disclose an unresolved issue.
